A quiet and serene stay far away from the hustle and bustle. The view of mount fuji from the property was perfect. Rooms were all facing mount fuji and clean. Buffet dinner and breakfast were good with wide variety. There were some night time activities for guest like origami and simple games like uno and jenga could be borrowed. I could not ask for more and would love to visit again.

The staff is very kind and responsive. Showed and told everything. We arrived a little earlier than planned, we were accepted without problems. The room had a great view of Mount Fuji. The rooms are clean

The Location is bang on the banks of Shoji Lake which sits just in the Lap of Mt Fuji! This hotel is also a bus stop so that is very convenient. The staff is extremely helpful. This place has a open air terrace which is accessible to the hotel guests. This place also has an open air bath which can be utilised uptill 3 in the morning

The facilities are a little dated but perfectly clean and functional. The rooms are traditional Japanese style with mount fuji view that makes you travel in time. The person al was unbelievably friendly in a family like atmosphere.

Apart from the noise from the tatami room aircon unit everything else was perfect. I particularly liked the washing machine that one can choose temperature. The majority of washing machines here in Japan do not have that option.

Everything was amazing, i stayed at the rooftop village and it was extraordinary, the crew is super nice and helpful, the views are incredible and the place itself is so comfy. Definitely recommend!
