The staff were helpful and friendly at check-in. The beds were really comfortable and the view from the hotel room was nice. Sofa and desk + chair in the room, which was good. The location was excellent, being really close to JR Asahikawa Station and the main downtown shopping/ restaurant area. It was great that the onsen had indoor and outdoor baths. On the 3rd floor lobby, there is a lot of seating where people can relax and have a drink in the afternoon/evening time, which was really cool.

I had a great stay at 9C. You get your own private room with bunk beds and a desk, which made for a really comfortable experience. I slept so well here! Everything was clean, and the staff were lovely and welcoming. The included breakfast was a nice bonus, and their custom map of Asahikawa is incredibly helpful—I’d definitely recommend downloading it for all their local recommendations. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from the train station. Overall, I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Asahikawa!
