It is spotlessly clean. We had a car but I liked the fact that is next to the JR station (but very quiet). The receptionist girls are well mannered. The coffee machine and the takeaway cup in the lobby is great for drivers.

    Lake Utonai is worth a quick stop in any season.

    Lake Utonai is worth a quick stop in any season. I enjoyed meals at Amiga-Amigas and Toncini’s; both nice Italian restaurants. Upopoy Ainu Museum is excellent. Tomakomai is not a major tourist spot but it is a pleasant place to spend a day or two.

    I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The onsen facilities were fantastic—clean and relaxing. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The only downside was that the room was a bit small. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

    Free breakfast albeit simple. Comfortable and clean. Helpful staff. Park for free. Even we missed out on the last car spot when first arrived, a staff was at hand to point us to another carpark diagonally opposite. Surprise was that the hotel validated our ticket and no payment was necessary.
