This property is very clean and tidy, carpark is right out the front and it's very convinient. You can check in automatically if you arrive late which is quite easy. Inside the rooms are spacious with big beds. The room was very clean and nicely made up. The room is well equipped with microwave, kettle and so on. Very impressed, much better than we thought it would be for the price.

the location is a little far from city center but is close to university. That being said, they can give you lifts to your desired destination.The room is very clean! and all the staff members are kind.The service is very good, especially Mr.Wu who works at the reception desk and was very helpful !!

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs (this is coming from someone who cannot speak any Japanese). The Inn has an excellent cosy vibe, accentuated by all the timber finishing to the lobby areas. And I loved the complimentary light breakfast provided everyday - they were excellently prepared, delicious, and the fact that they were slightly different each day meant i never got tired of having them each morning for my 7 day stay at the Inn. The soup and prepared dish were of particularly noteworthy. It was also extremely helpful that free bike hiring was available - which made travelling around Tsukuba significantly easier. With the bike, i was able to goto the International Congress Centre, Tsukuba Station, and Tsukuba Botanical Gardens all in short time.
