It was spacious, clean, well-equipped, comfortable and excellent value for money. The owner was very welcoming, hospitable and kind. It was great to have our own onsen which looked out to the unit's small Japanese garden. We slept on the futon section of the property and we had a good night's sleep. There was an option to sleep on a double bed in the other section of the property. We had a rental car and we had no problem getting to the property by typing in the phone number into the navigation system. We had a small car and the parking space was ok. We enjoyed our lovely stay there and would have loved to stay longer!

We loved our stay, the room was outstanding with an amazing view. The Chef was from a different planet, both the breakfast and dinner were exceptional and exceeded all expectations, a gem! The staff was amazing and very helpful during our stay. We were very grateful to stay at ENOWA and would highly recommend to stay and enjoy an amazing experience. Arigato!

Very very very convenient location, just few steps a way from yufuin bus terminal. Next to the hotel is Unagi rice restaurant. Hotel equipped with private onsen and sauna, though small but just nice, no complaint. Hotel has in house cafe too. Room is super spacious and with superb nice vibe. Love it love it love it ! Will stay here again if return to Yufuin next time.

Everything about this property was extremely exceptional, the greeting of the owner who spoke enough English to get by, it was the largest room in Japan we have come across, everything was provided , and we have been travelling for 3 weeks and the bed and pillows were like Heaven after so many hotel beds, have never experienced any bed or pillows like this. So thank you for the most wonderful stay. ❤️
