I booked this air bnb for my sons.. They like the place,it's clean,and the staff are nice to them.the people are friendly and helpful to them. The apartment is lovely and comfortable. My sons are happy 😁 As a mother, I am happy to hear my sons are in a good environment not to mention the wonderful staff is a bonus. My sons would stay here again.

I appreciated that the hotel was able to accommodate my late check-in, as my flight landed roughly six hours before the noon checkout time. This might not sound like much, but I did run into issues with other hotels flagging such arrangements as a "No show". And after checking out, my wife forgot her AirPods, and they helped retrieve them for us.

Staff were exceptional. We wanted to visit some orphanages to give charity as part of the trip, staff member Zam Zam arranged all our transport, assisted us by contacting the orphanages and arranging the meet ups. The hotel is situated in the middle of a bustling centre, easy access to places. The restaurant in the hotel served lovely traditional food, room service was excellent. Bernadette always welcomes you with a bright smile. Very clean hotel, very helpful. Could not fault it. The price was amazing!!

Very clean. The breakfast was very good and Chef Freddy and his team make a super Omlette. It is the highlight of the breakfast. The staff generally is also very cooperative, rooms are magnificently clean. Definitely value for money, and I will surely be back when I tour Nairobi. It was a wonderful 5 days there.
