The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They helped a lot with things that we needed to get done. The food was amazing as well (more on this in the parts that were a bit out if place) Overall it was a great experience! Mr. Wamoto is doing a stellar job!

This was our second stay at Palacina, for good reasons. We love how secluded the location is, as soon as you enter the property it’s serene, stylish, cosy, and a very friendly atmosphere.
