The manager is very good and the director and also Anita who I meet at the reception the first day they listen and act but the waiters you request for something only to tell you they forgot. The tv is controlled from one point and when we requested to watch the news the lady at the reception Vero didn't bother and the service is really slow. They should improve on that. The music is also too loud you can't sleep well. They should also improve on the breakfast. But overall the Director and manager are trying to do a good job so there's room for improvement

I like the attentiveness of the staff, the food, and hospitality of the staff towards the guests. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel at home. I love the view from my room too. Not forgetting the monkeys and different bird species 🐦. My girlfriend likes it too! I will visit again ☺️

It was a very comfortable place and staffs were very good. I enjoyed my very delicious meal at the roof top restaurant where they also provide heater to keep you warm in case you feel cold. No noise at the surrounding so you sleep undisturbed. Breakfast was good as well and free deliver to the room. Ample free parking available
