We really enjoyed our 5-day stay in this hotel. The rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. The pool area was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The breakfast was tasty, and had a big variety of options with really friendly stuff. The operation manager made sure to check in with us and make sure we were happy. The hotel served high-quality food and great cocktails. We tried a few bars in the bay serving "cheaper" drinks, which literally tasted like water, while in Eden the cocktails were made by Kan, a professional mixer, and they looked and tasted delicious. The location is great, close to everything, while the resort is still very calm to relax. The reception helped us manage our travels, getting us a taxi from the airport and a ferry from the mainland. I would definitely return to this resort and would highly recommend it.

Sok Touch who run the hotel was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient!!! He booked for us the transfers from Battambang to Koh Rong Sanloem and to Phnom Penh which were carried out with great punctuality and professionalism. The place where the hotel is located is the quietest in Saracen Bay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast , lunch or dinner at Coco Restaurant are highly recommended.

Julia and Oscar were great! I didn't want to leave this place! A complete little paradise ! Sunset beach was the perfect decision, all the businesses (about 4) take good care of the beach, everything is pristine, clear sands ,blue water ! Good snorkelling on either end of the beach! Go there now! While it is still quiet! Kamaku- the dorm was beautiful and comfy! I watched monkies climb in the trees as I woke up , with the sound of the ocean and crickets. Thank you thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay at Dahlia's guesthouse. It's set back a little bit from the main part of the village so it's nice and quiet at night. The room was great and nicely decorated and the shared facilities are nice. The host, Ellen, was lovely and was happy to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to stay in M'pai Bay.

Koh Rong Sanloem is a lovely peaceful island.

Koh Rong Sanloem is a lovely peaceful island. We stayed at Island Center Point which was wonderful. The water is warm, we swam a few times, plus went kayaking. All very safe. There is a small shop in Saracen bay where you can buy essentials, plus there are a few places offering laundry facilities. You can also go hiking to other beaches or the lighthouse, bring plenty of water with you!

The beach is great for relax and nature exploring. You have several walkways that guide you towards the Sunset beach (a bit steppy but worthy), the Lighthouse (amazing views for just 1$), the carving stones,...)

If you want peace and quiet and chill out every day by the beach in hammocks, go scuba diving for some exceptional marine life and coral viewing, then this is the place for you. Getting around the island could be tough as paved roads are still on the wish list. You have go around in rented motorbikes or tractor mobikes.......Gr8 place none the less.

I loved Paradise Villas on Saracen beach it was the quiet end of the beach. The swimming and relaxing were amazing. The staff and guests are friendly the food great, lots of other restaurants to walk to. You can walk to other beaches or take a boat trip. Very relaxing if you want to get away from it all. The beaches were kept clean and the water was clear lots of fish to see if snorkelling. It's not a party destination. If it's a simple beach holiday you want this is a great destination after rushing around the rest of Cambodia.

Most people here love lying on the beach, and they are everywhere. Instead, I love hiking and there are trails to all of the beaches. Some easy, some challenging. Laguna Resort even has a trail guide if you aren't sure which trail to go on, or if you are worried about getting lost.

I stayed at Mpai Bay, so this review is based on a four night’s stay there with one excursion and independent exploring. Overall, it’s a beautiful island and well worth staying. There’s good snorkelling and swimming all over the island (mostly when taken to prime spots on a boat tour). The restaurants serve a variety of lovely dishes at bargain prices and excursions are really good value. On the downside, there is a lot of rubbish about when you leave the popular areas (discarded and rubbish that has been washed ashore). Sadly, this seems to be the case all over the country.

From the beginning Sam was so helpful. Before we even arrived she was able to help us out with boats and arrival to the island. Once we arrived she was so helpful and made us feel so so welcome! Truly went above and beyond. The location was perfect, fabulous bedroom, fabulous bathroom (and warm shower!) and beautiful pets! A must stay in Samloem. Thank you for everything Sam! Xx

Real remote bungalow on the beach. The staff is very kind and except this hotel, there's nothing else on this beach. Restaurant is good, cheap and with a lot of different choices so no worries not to have other options on Lazy Beach, you'll always find something to your satisfaction. Beach is wild and beautiful, with almost no on on it during our stay (low season).
