Where do I start… koulen hotel is absolutely fantastic. Not your typical Cambodian hotel. It doesn’t have the soul an older hotel might have nevertheless it’s brand new, sparkly clean, the staff is the most welcoming, the location couldn’t get anymore central, the pool and facilities are 5!stars and so are the breakfast and the pool snacks. The value for money is incredible I can’t wait to go back.

This hotel was a fantastic choice for my time in Siem Reap. The location was ideal—close to the Angkor temples and the city center. The hotel helped us arrange our private tours to Angkor Wat and Seyha (our guide) and Mr Din (Our TukTuk driver) exceeded our expectations. The guide is highly reccomended as he is very knowledgeable about history, the temples, and the timings on when and what to visit during the tour. The staff of the hotel were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options. The restaurant is a nice option to have dinner in case you have a tiring day. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest. I also really enjoyed the shower, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. A lovely stay overall!

Very modern hotel, decorated with wood and plants, makes you feel very relaxed. Room was huge and so it was the bathroom. The bed (believe me, if you’re on a long trip this is important) is big and the mattress is in perfect condition. There is no noise at all outside, so you can sleep like a baby. And the swimming pool is just perfect. Young fellas run the business. They will take very good care of you. Thanks for everything!
