People are amazingly friendly, a very clean and well kept resort with excellent facilities. Comfy beds, tidy service every other day. Plenty of sunloungers, beach had sargassum but was cleaned up and sea was fine for swimming. Reasonable food costs around the pool, fab ice cream. Non smoking only in very limited designated areas. Close to shops and very well stocked pharmacy accross the road

The location of the hotel was surrounded by a supermarket, pharmacy, and a variety of places you could go to for lunch or dinner. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Special mention of Shermaine Paul at the receptionist desk and the other staff. Additionally, Eboni the room attendant and others. I enjoyed the spare ribs meal and the smoothies prepared by the staff. The gym attendant was also very friendly and helpful.

Despite the fact that my request to put me into the room with a kitchen was declined in the e-mail, I HAVE GOT A ROOM WITH THE KITCHEN, OCEAN VIEW (a booked garden view) without extra charge! Very nice staff that understands what client service means! Location for those who like swimming in the sea - very nice beach with 2 minute walk access. Comfortable bed. Good daily house keeping.

Absolutely everything, the views were stunning. The apartment has all that you need and absolutely beautiful inside. Laverne the host is an absolute gem. Very kind and welcoming, also accomodating especially when I asked to stay another night 😊. Was an absolute pleasure staying here. So peaceful and quiet, don't book one night though, its not enough lol. I wish I could have stayed 3 or 4 nights. Next time I'm in St kitts I will he staying here and for longer 😁😊. Thank you Laverne.

Water was calm and beach was clean, perfect for kids and families. It was very quiet, not much activity. We spent several hours there. Sat under the shady trees for a picnic and then hit the water again.

Massice construction site at the Timothy beach resort end...

Massice construction site at the Timothy beach resort end with pile dirvers and jack hammers making terrible intrusive noise from 8.00 am through to 6.30 sometimes. A huge new marina and hotel complex is being built and the whole mountain side is in the process of being demolished. Only stay there if you are hard of hearing, the mountain drilling nose was unbearable so we moved to Sugar Bay 5 minutes walk away.

Timothy Beach location is fabulous for anyone wanting to enjoy the delights of the Strip and Frigate Bay. It;'s a friendly and safe place to explore from. The hotel has its own section on the beach so you can get a lounger and umbrella or go up to the pool to relax - it also has a cute beach bar (on sight but dependent) where you get food and drinks all day and has a really nice aspect/view of the beach. Pretty gardens and lovely staff.

Good base at Frigate Bay to explore island in the north and beaches in the south - right outside is a taxi rank. Nice balcony for breakfast looking out across the bay. Great freshwater pool. Kitchen well fitted and supplied big fridge and nice welcome drinks. Joyce a great helpful host sorted pickup and car hire for us.
