The buffet style breakfast was very good and plentyful. The location next to the subway station is also a great plus when it comes to exploring the city. The room was spacious and quiet. I highly recommend.

The information staffs at the counter were very kind and accommodating, they listened to my requests well. They helped us to get taxi. The room was also clean and we liked that it looked exactly like the pictures. The towels were also generously provided, so we had a very comfortable stay. Although, the staffs didn't speak much English, they explained things clearly with words and gestures, which was great. There were many restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores around, which was very convenient.

1) The front desk staff were sincere and helpful. Despite their limited English language ability, they tried their best to communicate. 2) Floor heating in the room was a wonderful feature in winter. Good quality green tea leaves were provided. 3) Location was excellent. Many eateries nearby.
