The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable- not hard like others in south korea ive stayed in. Staff were super friendily, has a seven 11 on site and buffet breakfast avaliable. Right outside is streets full of shops and shopping open to all hours. A block away is where you can catch buses. In the rooms has a bath which is amazing and views from window is awesome. Also its very very close to the airport, only 12kms.

In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. Amazing place! Easy to travel to and from since Jeju Bus Terminal is less than 5 minutes by foot. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom as well. Our towels were replaced every day, which was a nice touch. (The pics were taken the morning we left, so it's a bit messy from our stay, as we checked in it was totally spotless!)
