The hotel was centrally located and close to public transport options - subway and bus. We booked a three bedded room and there was so much space to lay out our things, there was dedicated seating and table area as well. The beds were very comfortable and firm - perfect for us. However if you prefer a softer bed, this might too firm for you. There is also a free laundry area for guests to use - which was greatly appreciated! But the real gem in this hotel were the concierge staff. They were very helpful and professional; despite not speaking English we were able to communicate well with them using translation apps. We were checked in by a young woman about two hours before we could enter our room, but the hotel had already organised and cleaned our room so it was ready by the time we arrived. We encountered a mishap with our taxi transport on the way to this hotel, and the young woman at reception immediately jumped into action - no questions asked. She called many numbers to try and get hold of the taxi driver (luckily one of my friends took a photo of his registration on the dashboard) who dropped us off to help retrieve an item my friend accidentally left in the taxi. Without her help, I don't think we could have managed to get my friend's item back. We are so grateful for your help! On check out day, we were helped by a man at reception on booking a taxi for us with our numerous luggages. He was very patient and gave good explanations using a translation app. He walked us out to the meeting point and communicated with the taxi driver for us. We are grateful to your staff for being so helpful, kind and professional. Despite not being able to communicate through a common language, you all made so much effort to help us with the challenges we had.

Warming greeted on arrival by Summer. She was very accommodating even though we had arrived earlier than the allowed check in. We reserved a family spa room and it was perfect for us. Bunk beds for our two children and a spacious bed. The decor was perfect and everything was clean and looked very new. The layout and general ambience as the room was excellent. The best thing is the free laundry service provided. It was amazing to be able to had in our clothes and for it to be returned and washed within a couple of hours, free of charge. This was a bonus as we would have needed to find a laundromat. The hotel also has a soft play room for the children which is decorated nicely with soft colours. Clean and well maintained! There was also a casual lounge which was free to use for those wanting to bring in take away food to enjoy at the hotel without smelling out the bedroom. The casual long w was equipped with plates, cutlery and sink for washing. The final lounge was the whiskey lounge which is also free of charge, we didn’t try this as we are not drinkers but the room did look cozy! Location 1 minute away from haeundae beach.

We chose Hotel Ground 27 for its location and the family suite. It turned out to be an excellent choice for our visit to Busan. The central location was really very convenient, close to the train station, shopping and markets, and some sights. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room very comfortable. We also used the washing facilities to our satisfaction. Furthermore, their cafe on the ground floor is nice, though it wasn't open during breakfast hours, which isn't a problem as there are plenty of other places in the area. I would certainly return to Hotel Ground 27 without hesitation.

Scenery is good, people are nice and friendly.

Scenery is good, people are nice and friendly. However, language is a big problem to foreigner as few people can speak English. Lack of signs in English to show foreigner how to get to sightseeing place. Order food during lunch and dinner almost found difficult to order due to communication breakdown. I feel comfortable and enjoyable in Seoul than in Busan, simply because of the communication breakdown in Busan.

Great place to visit with many attraction spread around the...

Great place to visit with many attraction spread around the city. Songdo beach, Chinatown and Gamcheon Village well worth visiting. Easy to get there on the local buses. Using Navermaps was easy. Will stay longer if we get a chance to visit again.

Busan was an amazing city and definitely worth visiting. All the attractions are very dispersed so you need to allow lots of travelling time to get around. The transport (subway and bus) was clean and efficient and easy to use.

The city is great ; great views ; people are not friendly from taxi drivers to the worst ever Laon Hotel stuff !! I have never meet in my entire life as rude managers as this hotel has !!! Hard to get tickets for the capsule ; " book in advance if possible ! The village is overrated ! Beaches are fantastic .. city decorations outstanding !! I could not see anywhere garbage bins .. kept them in my backpack till I got to hotel . The city have everywhere coffee shop . The variety of sweet backed products is great but nothing like dark bread ! Lively atmosphere in restaurants in evenings and nights .. all of the restaurants are full even during the week . Good place for few days vacation !! But avoid : Laon hotel !!! The worst ever

Busan is definitely worth a visit — it has its own distinct character and feels very different from Seoul. What we loved The beaches! Beautiful sandy shores, very clean and well-equipped. The food and nightlife. Everything runs later and closes much later than in Seoul — it really gives that resort-town vibe. Entertainment and sights for every taste: we visited several Buddhist temples (each with a very different atmosphere), went for a small hike in Igidae Park (lovely views, good trails, you can even picnic on coastal rocks), and rode the scenic coastal monorail at Haeundae Blueline Park. All in all — beach relaxation, good food, good nightlife and sightseeing. If you’re looking to unwind but still be active, it hits the sweet spot.

We stayed 2 nights by Gwangalli beach, which we loved. I had read how spread out Busan is but wasn't prepared for how long it takes to get to the main sights so to do it justice we would've needed longer. Liked it but not as much as Seoul or Gyeongju. It's different vibe and we loved the beaches, the Blue Line train and walkway over the sea and the Gamcheon Village. Gwangalli beach was more lively than Hongdae when we went (October) and the bridge lit up at night was fab. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants there at night too but nice and relaxed and not too "student" bar feel either.

This hotel was really a nice surprise ! I wanted to stay close to the beach without having to go bankrupt at the end of my trip and this hotel was the perfect choice. There is a pool on the rooftop, a gym, a restaurant, washing machine and a 7/11 (i had so many midnight snacks). You just have to cross the street to be at Haeundae beach and there is also this massive street that has all the restaurants, karaokes and everything less thant 3 minutes away.

We got our rooms at a great deal/price with a 50+% discount. Sort of a weird hotel as the rooms look sort of converted from a Motel or other accommodation concept. Apparently some rooms are more dated then others. However, we had one with a beautiful and modern bathroom. The location of the Hotel is great. I recommend to stay in Seomyeon as it’s well connected to other areas of Busan. Owners are very helpful and friendly with is a big plus!

The location of hotel is very accessible to Exit 9 of Seomyeon Station, which is an interchange of 2 subway lines. There are many restaurants, eateries near the hotel. It was easily located by taxis too when booking via apps. The family room was very comfortable and well kept. The Manager was helpful and kind with our requests. A really good place to stay when travelling to Busan.

We were upgraded to a bigger room. It was so spacious for us, the room is good for a family. The hotel is walking distance to Haeundae Beach and very close to the mall, convenience stores, restaurants, Busan x Sky, Haeundae Blueline Mipo Station and other tourist spots.

You’re basically sleeping inside a closet. A bit of a surreal experience, but that’s what was advertised. The hotel is a very short walk to Haeundae beach, so the location is ideal for the insanely cheap price.
