The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The owner was so kind and helpful, especially as we had a little crisis and speak no Korean. The location is lovely, we walked and watched a beautiful sunset. There are restaurants near by but we didn't try them, we found everything we needed to prepare a meal in our room.

Would like to enquire for the future. We were three people and when I booked , automatically gave me 2 rooms, and there were 2 double beds in one room. I have noticed families in the opposite room. Just wondered why I had to pay for 2 rooms if we could have shared but must admit my daughter Kelly Loved being alone in the luxurious room It is a really beautiful hotel. Loved it Thank you so much Would appreciate a response, please.

Great apartment-like hotel stay in a nice area of Incheon. We were only staying as a quick stopover for the night but it was a great experience overall. The apartment and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable. The area it is in has many great restaurants and cafes. It was a very convenient area to be in.

Staff were great and very welcoming. Hotel shuttle bus makes it convenient for early flights. Pillow menu was a nice touch.

The receptionist was very helpful when we arrived and immediately asked us for the details of our departing flight. This was useful as we had an early flight the next day and consequently he booked a taxi for us on our behalf. The gym is sufficiently equipped and spacious for those in need of a workout and the segregated sauna seemed excellent although we didn't have time to try it out unfortunately.
