A complementary sandwich was offered daily for breakfast. Free washing and drying machines were available (detergent could be bought for 2,000 KRW). The rooftop was freely accessible for nice views. There was an arcade gaming machine in the room.

Very good hotel in a very good location in Jeju. We received a big room with the beautyfull view on montains. The room was very clean and very well equipped. Delicious Korean breakfast. Very nice staff.

We loved staying at Shilla plus. The pools were heated and large, which was a plus point. Also Oh Soovin at the front desk was amazing. He gave great service and helped us out a lot.

I travelled with 2 of my sisters. The room was perfect for the three of us! The rooftop of this hotel is beautiful and could definitely be romantic for a couple while also being perfect for friends and family. The connected café and bar was also really nice. My sisters and I had a rental car as well and the staff were really helpful with parking and directions. Check in and out was also super easy! The location is also amazing as it's really in walking distance to shops, the beach, restaurants and markets.
