We loved the design and all the little details that made it feel like a true British hotel. The view from the bedroom was also lovely. The location was perfect, as it was just a 5 minute walk to the park and the centre of sokcho was also reachable by bus/taxi.

Stayed for one night while exploring Seoraksan National Park, and it is perfectly located for this, a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus from the main entrance. Quiet comfy room with everything you need. In particular the hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided us a map and recommendations for exploring Seoraksan, including suggested paths and how long they take (which was very accurate).

The bustation really is close to the hotel and you can reach the national park via bus within a few minutes. If you arrive in Sokcho late in the evening you'll have to take a taxi to the hotel though, since the last bus towards the hotel leaves around 7:45 pm. But its not expensive. The hotel owner is really nice and the rooms are comfortable, we enjoyed our stay there!

It was only a short visit for me as I was visiting the national park (great location to do so) the owner was so helpful and gave me step by step how to get there. The guesthouse was clean and comfortable and had all the necessary facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. It was a quiet relaxing get away and had everything you need. The owner even went above and beyond - I had to get a bus early the next morning back to Seoul and the owner kindly drove me to the station. Highly reccomend staying here! Overall great experience
