Excellent location on the riverfront within walking distance of the French bridge and restaurants. Large very clean room with hot shower, fridge and good a/c. Balcony with deck chairs. Swimming pool which was cleaned and clean while I was there. Very friendly owners who can help with onward tickets and local advice. Excellent value for money.

The whole experience! The room was brilliant, the hammock was amazing and the the views were just stunning. The staff were brilliant and so helpful with booking tickets and showing us around. I even left an item behind when we left and a member of staff took the time to send it back to me through the post! This place didn’t have any reviews when we booked but I’m happy to say this family run business is a must go to if your planing to stay in the area. 5 stars 10/10, thank you team it was amazing

Perfect location, very near ferry terminal, unobstructed views across the river, close to restaurants/bars and shops but not too close. Breakfast was really good, great selection. Plenty of rest areas e.g. sofas/loungers/hammocks. Great offering of tours/bicycle hire. Top of it all was the hospitality from Andy, Noy and their team. Andy gave us a very useful lowdown of the islands, available tours and arranged our onward travel.

Wonderful guest house in dondet island, the location of accommodation is facing to river and sunset view in our room have A/C, Hot shower and balcony with hammock where we can see the most beautiful sunset view, they have free pick up from the pier but we walk to see the island and it's not too far from pier to accommodation about 5 minutes and they have bicycles for rent 1 day 30,000 kip or 1.5 dollars, next to our accommodation there is good restaurant they serve good food same owner and they very friendly family thank you for your help and hope we meet you again

Coming here feels like beeing invited to the family, or a circle of new friends in a wild garden. You can connect over the shared meals, board games, boule, communal sunset watching every evening. The Hosts Alex and Laymon actively support the initiation of common activities. Still, if you retreat into the cabin, you have privacy. Breakfast is one of the best I had in Indochina, and every Dinner is a unique experience of best authentic Lao food. The private beach is small, but completely sufficient for the small island community. If you feel like going out, someone will bring you over for free in no time. Else you can chill in one of the many hammocks and just let the world flow by.
