An elegant hotel, extremely clean, and very close to the old market, with all services available nearby. One important point I would like to highlight: I have visited 72 countries and stayed in more than 300 hotels around the world. I had a wonderful stay at Haya Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Wassim, General Manager, for his professionalism and kindness — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and relaxing. I truly appreciated the excellent service and genuine hospitality from the whole team. My wife and I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception team greeted us warmly, making us feel instantly welcome. Throughout our stay, the staff's friendliness and professionalism were evident, especially the attentive F&B team, Tony, Marianne & Jimmy who ensured our dining experience was exceptional. A highlight was the sweet gesture of the kunafa crepe, a delightful treat😋.The hotel's amenities were fantastic, and the room was both comfortable and clean with a stunning sea view. They have an amazing heated pool, steam room and sauna, perfect in the rainy cold weather... Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!

We had an amazing experience at hotel Luxor. The location was perfect, offering a stunning view of the sea, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I would like to give a special thanks to the hotel manager, Mr. Eli, for his availability and attentiveness. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was always there to assist and made us feel at home during our time in Lebanon. One particular moment that stood out was when we left a bag in an Uber on our way back to the hotel. Unfortunately, Uber's customer service couldn't reach the driver, but Mr. Eli took it upon himself to help. He shared the photo of the driver with other Uber drivers he knew, and thanks to his efforts, we were able to locate the driver who kindly returned the forgotten bag to us. This level of dedication to customer service is rare and made a significant difference in our stay. I highly recommend Hotel Luxor for anyone visiting Lebanon — it's a place where you feel taken care of from start to finish!

We had an amazing experience at hotel Luxor. The location was perfect, offering a stunning view of the sea, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
