It's a beautiful resort with apartment-like suites. We had a two bedroom, huge apartment on ground floor with a jacuzzi and a massive terrace, a short walk from the beach. The resort felt very intimate, without crowds, very clean. Every night we watched the best show on Earth - the sunset, straight from the warmest and cleanest waters of the Caribbean Sea. The staff was very warm and welcoming, very attentive, we were honestly spoiled there. One of the highlight of our vacationWe also hiked the nearby Pigeon Island National Park: it's a 30 min walk from the hotel to 18th-century Fort Rodney, and from the Fort is another 30 min hike to the Signal Peak. Amazing views all along the way. On your way back to the hotel don't forget to stop at the Jambe de Bois restaurant, which has the best rum punch on the island.

The food was very nice. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We were due to get the ferry but it was cancelled for two days and the reception staff were able to accommodate us.

My experience was amazing from start to finish. The room was extremely clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly, which made my stay even better. I had only two very small issues during my stay, but the staff handled them beautifully. They responded quickly, were always available to answer my messages, and made sure everything was taken care of right away. Their professionalism and friendliness really stood out. The location was quiet and convenient, perfect for relaxing after a long day. We also used their taxi guy and the gentleman was fantastic as well. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great restaurants both local and European menus. Keebees is a great place to eat in Gros Islet and attending the Friday night Street Party and sample some of the cuisines on sale - one of my favourite meals is the lambie or fresh fish. Bay Gardens- Excellent hotel and very helpful staff and what an amazing Manager Ms Gustave is. She is very attentive with the clients of the hotel and nothing is too much to ask of her and her staff. I love returning to Bay Gardens Hotel because every time I return the experience is a step above my previous stay there. A hotel I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit St Lucia. The hotel is centrally located and the additional amenities at the hotel is excellent too. Also great entertainment.

We loved Pigeon Island, the beach, the little boat doing rum punches, and the cafe bars. The catamaran day was my highlight. It was good to see more of the island and the view of the Pitons was well worth it. We thought the trip was good value, it included taxi pick up and drop off, lunch, drinks, bus transfers and the activities, we did the mud baths and waterfall. We went to the Friday night street party, it was interesting but not particularly up our street,(pun might be intended) it was busy and for me in particular was worried about potential insect bites. The one thing I would make travellers aware of would be the state of the roads, lots of potholes, drainage ditches at the side of the roads and a lack of signage. We were glad we didn’t hire a car and used one particular taxi driver.

Right by the beach with excellent restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Some shops for holiday shopping and a good supermarket if you are self catering. Everything you want for a holiday in the sun.

Excellent location if you want to be able to visit...

Excellent location if you want to be able to visit restaurants and shopping and the beach is excellent - it is far from the international airport (but close to the regional airport) and most tourist sites, but if you want more than just to stay at your hotel - go for Gros Islet! Easy enough to organise trips to the mud baths, etc

We visited Pigeon Island, went to the National Park and did the trail walk! Fun and informative. Also did a Rainforest Aerial Tram Tour, through our Resort and that was worth the trip. Getting a taxi to take us around is very easy, but we did not venture out too much after our two outings. Felt very safe and people were more than happy to assist in any way that they could. Our resort was all inclusive, so we were treated to a variety of foods there.

The staff was always so friendly Over the top friendly. They were good ambassadors for the Island of St Lucia The breakfast was always good Lots of choice too. We also enjoyed eating at Papa Don's for breakfast. It was much more relaxing and quiet there. The breakfast at the beach had beautiful views of the water. You get a lot of exercise at this resort if you do not take the shuttle up to the rooms and down to the water, beach and buffet breakfast. The incline leaves a good burn in your leg muscles. Ordered Pizza to our room twice.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. I am glad that I made the choice as it had lovely features with pleasant pool and bathing area. The rooms were amazing, large and very clean. The breakfast was a really good spread and the variety was good. I must say that the customer service and hospitality was of a high standard. I realised that St Lucia pride themselves on good manners and good hospitality. The hotel was in the middle of a shopping centre with local supermarkets. Very enjoyable able stay.

Friendly, courteous staff. Good choice of restaurants for dinner and activities to keep all ages entertained. Beach is particularly lovely, as it is an alcove exclusively for the hotel. Good fitness facilities and regular classes. Long opening times for cafe/lunch so never an issue finding a snack!

Clean room in an excellent location in Rodney bay. Everything you need provided in the room. Good mix of US/UK/usb sockets. Air con worked a treat. Shuttle bus between the hotel/beach resort was great but be aware it gets full fast! Only around a 20 minute walk if you are able though.

Villa was lovely, nicely decorated and had everything we needed! The location was quite close to the Marina and other amenities in Gros Islet. We had a car but not sure how easy it would have been to walk or if relying on taxis.
