Everything was great – very quiet place and a smooth process overall. Just be aware that if you arrive late, there’s no one at the reception and you’ll need to check in yourself. The self-check-in is simple, and all doors and access points open with the key card. The rooms are excellent – clean, new, beautifully and modernly furnished with large windows. Highly recommended!

Excellent hospitality! Cleanliness was outstanding, friendly staff. The room was spacious and very comfortable, we loved the view. Highly recommended. We were on our honeymoon and they surprised us at breakfast with decorated table.

Very clean room on a beautiful property. Quiet location with a great breakfast. The only thing is I would make sure I had a car or transportation to and from this hotel since it is a bit removed and up a hill.

Not a hostel level, but a hotel level. I was surprised as everything was new, not like the usual hostels' old bedlinen, dirty bathrooms etc. And the price includes breakfast too, which was also delicious and pretty diverse. There are modern lockers too, and it's a positive thing that they are separated with a door feom the sleeping area, so you won't wake up your roommates if you are packing outside. The receptionist guy was also fun and really kind. I wish there were more hostels and staff like this hostel. :) I liked my stay there.

Did not see anybody just given a code. The apartment was great. Due to not seeing anybody we did not find out until too late that we could have free bus travel as we were paying the tourist tax. Otherwise everything was great

Lovely and ideal little village.

Lovely and ideal little village. The village center with the monastery, church and the grocery are beautiful and idyllic. The village itself does not have much to offer but the trip to Vaduz is only some 15 minutes by car, over quality although hilly roads, so it is quite pleasant and effortless. Most sightseeing and eating opportunities in Liechtenstein are in Vaduz - Schellenberg does not have much to offer to be frank. Hiking options are available though. Mountainous parts near Triesenberg and Malbun are a bit further away.

The village is very well-maintained and situated on a hill...

The village is very well-maintained and situated on a hill with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. There are excellent bus connections to other towns. It has a few restaurants, though they are some walking distance away.
