We were only here one night before our flight. The accommodation totally met our expectations, it was comfortable, spacious and we were able to use the pool. The staff were lovely, in particular the two young men were very helpful, one helped us check in and get oriented and the other prepared dinner and tea and took us to the airport in the morning by tuktuk. The surrounding area is nice and quiet. We recommend a visit!

Close to the airport. Quiet location off the main road. Table and a couple of chairs in their small garden. Gated property. Friendly, helpful family. Great breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Kettle for tea and nescafe. They allowed us to store some luggage and there is a free drop off to airport. It is a homestay where we feel a part of the family with a common entrance.

We stayed here for the first two nights upon arriving in Sri Lanka and could not recommend it more. It was perfect for relaxing and recuperating after our long flight before heading off to explore more of the island. The hotel sent a complimentary chauffeur who was there to collect us at arrivals (and our flight was over an hour delayed!). From arrival, all the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly. One of us has a severe allergy to coconut and peanuts and all the hotel staff were so accommodating and were even able to prepare traditional Sri Lankan food without any coconut. The room was spotless and spacious with excellent air conditioning and a very large bed for sleeping off the jet lag. The staff were also so helpful in organising transfers/activities/restaurant recommendations. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

The time I spent in Steps Garden Resort is remarkably Wonderful. Staff very helpful, well trained and their hospitality is beyond. The room was hygiene and had a nice view. If I have more time before I end my trip I’d love to spend another time at this resort

We stayed here for the first two nights upon arriving in Sri Lanka and could not recommend it more.
