Amazing place and highly recommend anyone to SL to visit this hotel. Views are stunning, rooms are independent, beautifully designed and provides privacy. Staff is super nice and efficient , they give you personalized services and take care of every need, which you don't find in most of the hotel. Amazingly beautiful panoramic views over the mountains from the bed, the balcony, and even the hallway (we were on the second floor). The guesthouse is located in a peaceful and relaxing environment, in the middle of pretty tea fields. The room and the bed are very comfortable, as well as the pillows and bedsheets. The shower is nice and hot. Fast wifi. The owners are so kind! They welcomed us with a whole pot of tea, and they serve a lovely breakfast and dinner. We loved our it so much here that we extended our stay.

Everything ! The place is amazing. It is charged with history and beautiful. You will find books and board games everywhere to enjoy by the fireplace when the sun goes down. The gardens are a dream. There are very well curated and you will be able to observe the birds nesting in the trees. And the view ! There is no words to describe it. It is breathtaking. Finally, what we enjoyed the most was the service. We are used to travel in luxury hotels and the staff of Thotalagala have nothing to envy to the most experienced staff. The food was really good and every team member was very kind and thoughtful. They gave us a free upgrade, offered us so many little attentions that I can mention everything in this comment. They are knowledgeable and flexible, they care for every little details, they are passionate about hospitality and genuinely caring about people. And at the end, that is the thing that matters. They are the one making this place feels like home and we hope to be able to visit them again.

They are amazing host and they try to accomodate you as much as possible. They even arranged mango curry for breakfast on demand. They also cook amazing breakfast and dinner. View is also great from terrace. I totally recommend this stay. They totally go out of the way to make their guest feel like home.

We had a nice experience in our stay at Two Forty. We received a warm welcome even though we reached the place at 3 am. The room was cozy and clean. The in charge persons were too friendly. They provided a tasty and an authentic Sri Lankan food. The property is located easily accessible with Bandarawela bus station and Railway station. Thank you Mr. Sayuru rathnayake for making our stay comfortable and memorable one.
