We were very happy to stay in this beautiful hotel with a great staff. From check-in to check-out, everything was fine. The rooms are modern and offer a fantastic view. The area is very nice and clean. The food at the Welligama Kitchen is definitely a highlight, and we enjoyed the excellent food and service a lot. We would like to express a special thank you to our personal "assistant," Nishadi; she was very kind and helpful. We would also like to thank the great kitchen and service team, with a special mention to Nazmi, Thiruna, and Fayaz. They truly made a difference by doing a fantastic job in making us feel very welcome and providing a high-end service. In conclusion, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of outstanding service, luxurious accommodations, and culinary delights made it a truly memorable experience. This accommodation was very clean and very comfortable. The bed, pillows and towels were super comfortable. The room and entire property is perfectly clean and tidy. Fan, air con, mosquito net, hot shower, mini fridge all in perfect order. And Babi the manager / owner was lovely - always smiling and beaming with positive joy. The location by the river is lovely and quiet.

I initially booked this place for just two nights, but it turned into a full week, I simply didn’t want to leave. The host and his family are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything you need. They treat you like part of their own family, always patient with a smile. Cleanliness is absolutely top-notch here: a solid 10/10. The room has everything you might need, including a washing machine, hair dryer, refrigerator, and there’s also a spotless shared kitchen if you want to cook. If you’re looking for a calm, quiet place to relax at night, this is a perfect choice. And it’s only a 2-minute walk to the beach. Mirissa is also very close, just 5 minutes away by tuk-tuk, so you get the best of both worlds: peaceful surroundings with easy access to all the popular spots.
