The hotel's lobby is spacious and cozy, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While the food was average, the gym and spa facilities were excellent, providing a relaxing experience. I found Tharanga reception staff's, to be incredibly helpful and accommodating. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my check-in process so easy. I highly recommend the Golden Crown Hotel for its outstanding service and great amenities.

The place is amazing if you want a full immersion with the nature, room spotless and really clean. The staff is really helpful and try to help you as much as they can! I really suggest to give a go if you are around Kandy and you have extra time!

From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. They personally prepared a delicious breakfast and were always available to assist with anything I needed. The room was cozy, we had king size bed, and everything was just perfect. The view from the terrace is amazing.

A beautiful and peaceful hotel in the mountains in the middle of nature. Appropriately small. The road to get there was challenging, but our driver handled it just fine. The trip was worth it, because a wonderful place with a wonderful view awaited us there. Very clean hotel, swimming pool and the whole environment. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. The hotel also offered overnight accommodation for the driver. Perfect location near Kandy city away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also easy to get around the city by tuk-tuk from this place. The best hotel for a three-week vacation in terms of price-quality ratio! We would like to come back here again! Thank you to the entire staff and the owner himself for a wonderful stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sky Lodge in Kandy, Sri Lanka and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the surrounding hills. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a modern and elegant aesthetic. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, a sleek bathroom, and all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the large windows in my room, which allowed for plenty of natural light and provided a breathtaking view of the landscape. The staff at the Sky Lodge truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were always courteous, attentive, and ready to assist with any request or query I had. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or simply ensuring that I had everything I needed, their level of service was exceptional. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop restaurant, which offers panoramic views of the city and surrounding hills. The food served here is a delightful fusion of local and international cuisines, prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the traditional Sri Lankan dishes, which were bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The location of the hotel is also a major plus. Just a short walk from the bustling streets of Kandy, it offers a peaceful and tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle. It is also conveniently located near many popular attractions, such as the Temple of the Tooth Relic and the Royal Botanical Gardens. Overall, I cannot recommend the Sky Lodge enough. From its stunning design, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service, to its delicious food and prime location, it truly exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting Kandy for business or pleasure, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing view and tastefully furnished rooms. The staff is very friendly and thoughtful and our room has been spotless. We've stayed for a week so far and have been served a tasty variety of breakfasts. Highly recommend this place and the peaceful environment.

The property was exceptional and the location was beautiful. The hotel with traditional architectural features and well maintained. The staff were homely and friendly. The food served was truly delicious. They even provided us with a complimentary travel snack box to have as we continued our travel. This is what a true Sri Lanka hospitality is all about and I’m happy to experience this lovely hotel.
