The staff were extremely helpful, and always extremely friendly. The price was extremely good for the quality of the hotel. The hotel is just outside of Candy, and not too far away from some amazing hill tea plantations. We rented a car with a driver, which was a very good value and I would certainly recommend.

The food was another highlight of our stay – delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The chef's ability to incorporate local flavors with an elegant touch was impressive. I loved the view and the pool. The service was impeccable with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had a welcome drink and when arranging dinner they suggested to have it on our balcony and carried a wooden table up a flight of stairs. We placed our food order with Jehan over whatsapp and anything we needed he responded promptly. Breakfast was amazing. We shared the Sri Lankana and Westerm Breakfast. It was all super tasty and the chicken curry has to be the best we've had in three weeks. Rooms were spacious and clean with a kettle, balcony and a fan and the shower was great. Good pressure and hot water. I highly recommend this place and the staff.

The room is very nicely put together. It does not have ac, but there is a ceiling fan that keeps you cool enough. A lot of nice little details and cool woodwork. The shower has hot water. We also had dinner there. The food is great, Dulip is a great cook! Plus delicious fresh juice and nice tea. The breakfast was also really great. One of the best we had during our stay. Dulip is super nice, friendly and I definitely recommend staying here. We only stayed one night but we would have also been very comfortable for longer here.

    We lived here as children.

    We lived here as children. Our father taught at Zahira College. We had contacted them and they received is kindly and showed us around. We found the house where we lived and the lady there was very friendly. Our father's friend's son and daughter gave us lunch at their resort. All that was great.
