I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Its location is perfect – easy access to town and everything you need within reach. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made my stay special. I'm honored to be the very first customer in this amazing room. Convinience location if you want to stay close to the airport. Clean and well maintained ficilities, there is even a swimming pool and a smal beautiful spice garden. Big and clean room, comfortable bed and a really friendly staff. The manager was very helpful and took great care of us so we had everything we needed. He even woke up us at the time we asked to during the night so that we couldn't lose our flight. Definitly recommended.

The best place to start - or finish-a trip to Sri Lanka! Close to the airport, but a world away in terms of calm and loveliness. The staff were so welcoming - we arrived late and they made a lovley dinner for us while we swam in the pool. I'm coeliac and they went out of their way to create a delicious meal, and a generous breakfast. The room was clean and crucially had lot of space to put things/hang clothes. We wished we'd been able to stay longer to enjoy the lovley pool and the little oasis of calm. A perfect introduction to a beautiful country.

Transport from the airport was arranged, the staff brought our bags up to our room when we arrived. They made us feel very comfortable. Every meal was excellent cooked special by staff who also helped out with ideas of where to go next as well as arrange rides and tuk tuks for us. We enjoyed a great boat trip on the lagoon where we saw a variety of wildlife and birds. From the hotel situated on the river we saw an array of birds. This was a great start to our trip, highly recommend! Charming village nearby and the markets in Negombo were amazing. The only thing we didn't like was leaving, we will come back soon!!!

We had the best time here! From the clean, spacious, and super comfortable rooms to the warm and friendly staff, everything was top-notch. We truly felt welcomed. The rooftop restaurant and bar had the most stunning views, overlooking the beautiful city of Colombo. We were lucky to be there during Vesak, a festival celebrated across Sri Lanka with gorgeous lanterns and lights everywhere—it made the view from the rooftop even more magical. Overall, the service was excellent, and we’d absolutely love to come back again!

Sebastian Transit Villa was a fantastic choice for our first night in Sri Lanka. The free airport pick-up was much appreciated, especially as our flight arrived into Colombo at around midnight. Communication was excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. Value for money was exceptional. I cannot recommend highly enough.
