This is quite simply an exceptional hotel, made so not only by our beautiful room and the surroundings, but by Mark and the team of people who made our stay so special. This is one we will always remember for being unique and idylic. Our kayak on the lake with Ravi was fantastic and Ravi's knowledge about the wildlife was exceptional. The whole team were there at 4.30am to ensure we had everything we could possibly ask for before our early morning safari. I can not praise our stay highly enough and we would have loved to have stayed for longer. Thank you Mark and everyone who made our stay so very perfect.

The team at Raalmadu resort are by far the most accommodating and caring family of amazing people I have ever met. I've travelled the world far and wide for my job over the last 10 years and I've never met a group of people so lovely, so warm, so welcoming, so accomodating and kind. The owner even picked me up personally in his car and drove me 3 hours out to the resort when he found out there was an issue with the organised driver and checked in with me regularly during my stay to make sure all was okay. The resort itself sits on the very edge of the national park and you feel completely immersed in nature, so much so that you can even see elephants right at the resort itself! They come to drink at the pond at the end of the property and cross the river at times too. The food at the resort is also amazing!!! They prepare it fresh for you every meal and they cater to whatever you're feeling like and offer an amazing authentic Sri Lankan cuisine experience . The room is beautiful too and has everything you could need while enjoying the bliss of the jungle. I was even lucky enough to spot a leopard on my safari in Wilpattu. It's so rare to find an authentic gem like this is today's world, where everything is personal, thoughtful, and completely surrounded by nature. I'll be coming back again, not just once or twice, but many times!!! My kind heart felt thank you again Raalmadu, I left my stay feeling like family! See you all again soon!!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Leopard Inn, the manager Prathap was ever so friendly, a great guy, always smiling and willing to help. He organized a halfday safari in the National Park Wilpattu and later a boat safari in the lagune and in the mangroves of the Park, it was great. Prathap explained us about the animals and trees on the resort. If you ever in the area, stay at the Leopard Inn !

Wild wadi is the place if your up for a wild get away. Surrounded by the beauty of wildlife and nature wild wadi has alot to offer. At our stay we were able to travel all the way to thambapanni via safari and breakfast in the jungle. Towards the evening kayaking in the lagoons and later endless boat rides over the lagoon followed by delicious seafood bbq for dinner. My family was able to relax and have an awesome time at our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to visit again.
