The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and very stylish. It was great to have access to the living spaces and not only the bedroom. We were also very happy to be able to use the washing machine. Dinner and breakfast were delicious! The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Although we didn’t have much time to enjoy the daylight, the gardens at the hacienda are beautiful.

Staff was really nice! They made you feel home and relaxed at all times. Food in their restaurant was also very well made! Even the western food was just nice! Pool was clean and perfect temperature. Garden towards the beach front and beach access is perfect and really beautiful! Well equipped with everything you can wish for. Special thank to the waiter who even made sure we get a breakfast packed for our day trip because we didnt have time for breakfast. If you go to the beach, you start walking left you will see some rocks in the distance. Walk there cross the rocks and on the other side you can snorkle for free, some dead but also lots of live corals and plenty of fish to see 😊

The hotel was in a good location with a private beach. The decor was nice, rooms were very spacious and modern. We always had services available to us. The choice of breakfast was excellent and the variety on offer was very diverse. The staff were excellent in attending to any queries. The lifeguard on the beach was also very friendly and provided good recommendations. We enjoyed it so much that we might try one of their other locations on our next visit.

The location is very good. It takes about 7 minutes walking to the beach. The staff is very friendly. We booked a room with breakfast and ordered dinner separately. The meal was tasty. The room was amazing. Staff provided us with an excursion to Pigeon Island -- it was very nice.

Most beautiful location and place right on the Beach of Nilaveli that makes you feel home and welcome within a nano second. A real gem for the seeker of unspoiled beaches that don’t want to miss out on luxury and excellent food. Rooms are spacious, stylish, with ocean view and very comfy! Amazing, kind and very helpful hotel manager and staff. Delicious and big breakfast with fresh food & selection of different singhalese flavors/tastes. We were even made coconut roti for breakfast when stating we never had any. And it came just complementary! Also dinner is most enjoyable, not just the food but also sitting outside right by the beach. When asking about activities they were organized right away. As we had a bit of a journey ahead of us on the last day even a meal on the house was prepared, without us asking for it und and on the house.

The hotel is stunning, it feels very luxurious for a reasonable price for european standards. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the manager Shyakthi. We ended up staying 2 more nights. The biggest highlight was the private beach, we were there alone most of the time and the sea is perfect for swimming. The beach is equipped with sun beds and a shower. The hotel offers 4 course dinner for 7000 rupees per person and ayurvedic massage for 35 dollars. It is the perfect place if you want to relax in a beach resort.

Nice and very modern rooms. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Don't let yourself be fooled by the picture of the garage door. It's not a garage at all but a proper hotel 😅

Hospitality with a heart - the staff was very helpful with all requests we had like Scooters, Doctors and things to do in the area. Not only were they very helpful, they went "the extra mile" to ansure we were only going to people they knew would do their best to meet our needs. All in all it was great and the staff really turns this hotel more into a family stay than a normal holiday.

Room is really nice with good facilities, nice and quiet beach for those who looking for quiet and relaxed place, staff is nice way above than we expected, and they made sure the guests have good time here, offered us drives to pick up pizzas and meals on the house. Such a nice place!

We came as a group of four and had two separate rooms. The hotel facilities were amazing, really modern, with a perfect location close to the beach. The amazing staff even offer romantic barbecues on the beach, and there's also a swimming pool if you dont want to be just on the beach! Ramil and the entire staff were absolutely fantastic - so friendly, helpful, and attentive. It’s just the perfect place to stay, and if we visit Sri Lanka again, we’ll definitely return. We already miss you guys!
