I loved everything about Halketha. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality from Chitra, Mary and Nelumi. We were taken to our villa across a beautiful landscaped garden that also stays true to its love for the natural environment. The villa itself was perfection - perfectly decorated, clean, homely but also provided you with a sense that you were in luxury. The outdoor bathroom was a cherry on top, with a beautiful araliya tree in the middle. During our stay, we were not only treated close to family, but the quality of service was nothing like I had seen in Sri Lanka for a long time. The food was authentically Sri Lankan, with a rich yet classic taste. The property is close to mini waterfalls and great walks. This is a stay I will keep coming back to. A reminder that authentic and wholesome experiences still exist in Sri Lanka.

The hospitality and friendliness of the staff is just perfect! The food is great too. We started our holiday here and it was great to recover from the flight, you can also go for trips, we went to the Brief Gardens which was great, but there is more to explore, so you can definitely stay longer here.

Lunuganga is absolutely beautiful, and the staff make the experience better than you could ever imagine. The food is really fantastic and bonus services like room service and late breakfasts made for an amazing stay. I cannot stress enough how incredible this place is - forget about the high price for Sri Lanka, it is worth every penny! Breakfast is included and it is a HUGE breakfast probably normally worth $30, so this is a great addition. The rooms were so comfortable, excellent beds, stunning interior design (obviously the architecture is incredible). The gardens are so lush and green, it's a real treat to walk around them. The tours are definitely worth it - you learn a lot. We stayed in the "Guest Suite" room in the de Silva house, and I hope to stay again it was perfect. I've included pictures of breakfast, but not lunch, which was Sri Lankan curry (but they have other options).

The hostess is a very nice and pleasant lady. We were here for several days and the breakfasts were a little different each time, beautifully arranged. No stereotype. We had breakfast in the garden overlooking the sea. Across the road is a shop stocked with everything. Swimming is better in the bay to the left of the accommodation, about 1 km, from the Wasana beach hotel. There are not as big waves as along the coast. I recommend Ayurvedic massage & Shirodhara

We booked two rooms for us and our three sons. The rooms were large, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and was served on our balcony. The location was great - just a short walk from the bus, train and the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed longer. Chami was very friendly and helpful as were all of the staff. We would stay longer if we could.

My stay at Sea Rock Villa during my Sri Lanka trip was fantastic. The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and the interior design was stunning. Being right beside the beach was a highlight—the beach itself was clean and beautiful. The small pool was a lovely touch too. Overall, an amazing experience!
