A very thoughtfully designed small hotel with great attention to detail. We loved the rooms with veranda/porch towards the swimming pool. They hotel is right on the beach which is beautiful and not crowded at all. All the staff is very warm and friendly. The drinks at the bar are great and food is delicious! We did miss seafood options in the food menu though.. have stayed at other beaches on the south coast with better fresh seafood options on the menu. Otherwise this place is just perfect for a few days of stay!

The Sea Bay Inn feels like one of a kind. The owner and the complete staff have been so nice and welcoming, it felt like home. The room was new, modern and very clean. We've been able to reach the closest supermarket by foot easily and even walked to the city center. The closest beach to the Sea Bay Inn is just down the road and absolutely beatiful. There are not many spots outside of direct sunshine, but the beach is not very crowded. If you need any travel advice around town the owner will help you swiftly, her son is also available with his TukTuk. All in all a very pleasent stay and we would love to come back!

I recently stayed at Igabara Hobbit House Rakawa, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The place is truly special — surrounded by nature, filled with greenery, and designed with a lot of creativity and care. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a perfect escape from the busy city life. The room was very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated in a unique hobbit-style design that makes you feel like you’re in a little hidden paradise. The garden area and pool are well maintained, and it’s such a nice spot to relax, read a book, or enjoy a quiet evening. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything needed. They made sure everything was comfortable during my stay. The location is also great — just a few minutes away from the beach, so you can enjoy both nature and the sea. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay. I would definitely recommend Igabara Hobbit House Rakawa to anyone who loves peaceful surroundings, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll surely visit again! 🌺✨

Very nice place with stylish interior. Beautiful swimming pool, sports area. The hotel staff are very nice, friendly, always ready to help. I would like to note that the hotel is trying to be eco-friendly. This does not concern all the details yet, but they are on the right way. We would be happy to come back here again. I give it 5/5

A very nice guest house in Tangalle. The location is superb, maybe 1 minute away from the beach and all its restaurants. The best thing was the large and clean swimming pool, which was fantastic for our kids and the garden with the pool is just gorgeous. The staff was also very friendly and accomodating. There is a lagoon in the back of the property and they have kayaks you can rent free of charge which was a nice experience. The room was large, with a small kitchen area and comfy bed with a mosquito net. No AC, just a fan.
