We recently stayed for 6 nights at Galle Henna Beach House, located at the peaceful end of Unawatuna Beach. Its prime location offers easy beach access and proximity to great restaurants. The staff were incredibly welcoming, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast, offering both continental and traditional Sri Lankan options, was consistently delightful. Galle Henna Beach House comes highly recommended for its serene setting, friendly service, and delicious breakfast.

Great hotel right in the heart of unawatuna with a great beach front with sun loungers and tables for guests use. Also has a swimming pool and pool towels provided. Staff are really helpful and polite and the restaurant serves a good all round menu aswell as its own ice cream shop. Rooms are spacious and have tea and coffee making facilities and fridge and water provided. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean, shampoo and shower gel provided.

The hotel is not new, but you don't notice it at all, because: 1. The hotel has an ideal location, close to clean and beautiful beaches, right on the first line. 2. Perfect view from the window, the ocean is present almost in your room. 3. Very high service, we liked the team the most. We felt at home, very comfortable. 4. Good breakfasts for Sri Lanka. We thank the owner of the hotel for his efforts. With pleasure, we will come back again.

Stunning hotel. Beautiful pool with towels provided. Both shaded and sunny loungers. Delicious and huge breakfast! Staff go above and beyond making you feel welcome and keeping the place clean and tidy. Large beautiful rooms with great aircon. Water provided daily. Perfect location - peaceful and quiet and only a short walk to the beach and the main Unawatuna street. Delightful family of monkeys unwittingly provide entertainment!

Team is helpful and friendly. Place very well maintained. Breakfast and lunch are delicious and like a homemade. Hotel offers free transfer to the beach nearby, we swiped with giant turtles there. We also tried SPA - signature treatments were amazing - highly recommend. Manager Ruwan - friendly and helpful - advised us few nice places to visit nearby - Japanese Peace Pagoda was incredible - thank you Ruwan.

As shown on pictures and better! Room overlooking the ocean, small private beach , great for swimming and sunbathing. Breakfast is so delicious (traditional string hoppers and dal - spicy lentil soup ) , fresh smoothy , big platter of fresh fruit and Sri Lankan coffee ! You basically don’t need more till dinner . Chandana and his family are great host and can accommodate any needs and wishes you may have.

This hotel was the last hotel we stayed at during our Sri Lanka trip and we were very satisfied with our stay. The staff was really helpful, food and drinks were great, room had a beautiful view and also a great shower and the pool at the rooftop bar was simply amazing. Def recommend! Location is near Jungle Beach and is very quiet which is perfect to enjoy a good night's rest.

Good value for money and absolutely lovely staff with good Sri Lankan breakfast. Huge room and shower. Garden is still being built, so not yet usable. The Beach at this spot is a thin strip, but walking either left/right for a few hundred meters leads you to other beaches. Hearing the waves at night was nice, there's no A/C a but two strong fans.

Great hotel when visiting Unawatuna! It's located in the somewhat busy Main Street but the hotel is a really calm and relaxt place. We have chosen the bungalow which was great! We had our own terrace and a beautiful outside shower. Great value for money when you compare to other hotels at the South Coast of Sri Lanka.

Villa 73 Unawatuna was our best hotel in Sri Lanka. It was a spacious and clean and equipped room. We received a delicious and plentiful breakfast. They taught me how to make roti and coconut sambol. The host and staff were extremely polite. They helped us with everything. They are lovely team! I recommend to everyone.

I recently stayed at the Levels Unawatuna,i must say it was fantastic.The hotel located near by the beach . Offering stunning ocean view .The room was spacious and comfortable bed .I love the large windows that let in a lot of natural light and provided a view ocean .I had a wonderful and I will return for sure .

Very very great place to stay! The staff is so lovely and helpful. Location is great : walking distance from the main beach and unawatuna main road. We stayed in the family room for 5 nights. It is big and comfortable , AC is working. The hotel is a very peaceful place. The breakfast is really delicious !

Everyone was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was also good (different choices between Sri Lankan & western breakfast). Very comfortable bed as well! The location is great - very close to the beach, but also very quiet. We highly recommend this hotel when staying in Unawatuna.

The hotel was beautiful; we loved the pool (which was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos) and it feels very peaceful even though it’s so close to everything in Unawatuna. It’s surrounded by nature and the kids loved seeing the monkeys in the trees.

Very friendly owner who helps you with everything. F.ex. he fixed us a car ride to Ella. Tasty food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) a quality facility with a rating of 20 out of 10. This place is like a 5 star hotel.

The hosts are amazing and the kids are a delight. They went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and fun as possible. And the Sri Lankan food they offer is amazing!
