Staying at Ceylon Resort Wilpattu was like being welcomed into a family. From the moment we arrived, the owners and staff made us feel right at home. The warm, familial atmosphere was truly one of the highlights of our stay. To our surprise and delight, we were even given an upgrade for our accommodation, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and perfectly designed to blend comfort with the natural beauty of the surroundings. A special mention goes to the Roshan's wife, whose cooking was absolutely phenomenal. Every meal was a feast of authentic Sri Lankan flavors, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and an extra touch of love. Dining at the resort felt like sharing a meal with family, and it was easily some of the best food we had during our entire trip. The service was beyond outstanding. The team went above and beyond to ensure every guest had an unforgettable experience. Whether it was arranging our safari to Wilpattu National Park, providing insightful tips about the area, or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable, their attention to detail and genuine care were unmatched. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, exceptional hospitality, the surprise upgrade, and world-class cuisine made this stay truly special. Lovely bungalow room on beautiful premises and a very friendly owner that will try to make your every wish come true:) He organized a great safari for us. The driver avoided the crowds and we even saw a leopard. Perfect stay.
