Sukomala is a hidden gem situated in a Sri Lankan village. We experienced amazing flora and fauna at the beautiful tropical garden! When you arrive at this villa it feels like you do not want to leave. The staff was great helped us out in every possible way! And the Sri Lankan breakfast was so scrumptious and filling plus we got a lovely plate of tropical fruits in the morning. Architecture of the villa is carefully planned that gives such a pleasant local feel, very tastefully designed interiors with cozy beds. The pool side was so nice in the night. We will definitely recommend Sukomala villa to anyone who would want to experience true Sri Lankan hospitality!

Enrico is a super friendly host and was always in reach for any recommondations. Definitely try out the jungle beach, which is in walking distance. You can totally see the influences from ibiza in the whole place, with attention to detail. Best water pressure out of all our hotels and also daily room cleaning.
