A lovely location that I was only too briefly staying at. I didn't even realize how close it was to so many trails! Genuinely you can walk to them but you're still in the center of a town. If only I had been there longer - the restaurant and patio out front was absolutely packed and the food looked incredible. It was such a good vibe and it made me wish I wasn't just stopping for a night on my road trip. There was also parking very easy to find - even though the lot next to them was full, I drove a minute down the road and found a large free lot very easily.

We didn't visit anything in Beaufort because we mainly wanted to hike. The plan was to visit Beaufort Castle on our last day before heading home, but there was only a guide in the afternoon, and without a guide, you were only allowed to visit the ruins outside, not inside. We plan to do that next time.

Great location for activities, but the rooms are definitely NOT suitable for the elderly or those with limited mobility. And that price compared to hotels...a real nightmare. A very narrow chicken staircase to the attic room, brrr. You couldn't even stand up straight.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful nature walk through the wooded area. It was breathtakingly beautiful, varied, and challenging at times. It wasn't just a smooth forest path, but one with rocks and water features.

It's a pleasant and charming town with several good...

It's a pleasant and charming town with several good restaurants, accommodations (hotel, campsite, hostel, cottages), and plenty of hiking opportunities. It also boasts a castle, an ice rink, a swimming pool, a disco ('The Flying Dutchman'), a good supermarket, and a bakery. Public transport is free.

The hotel and the town are particularly well-suited for hikers on the Müllerthal Trail. This is due to its central location and the excellent public transport connections, which are free and very reliable throughout Luxembourg. Another invaluable advantage of the hotel is its unbeatable value for money.

The location was very nice. It is a small town but close to many places mostly by car. The hosts were very responsive and kind. The atmosphere was good. The living room which is shared with other guests and rooms were cosy. The kitchen was well equipt. The decoration of the hotel was amazing. There are some roosters around so it was lovely to hear the animals, birds and roosters in the morning.

Room was clean and contained comfortable single beds as well as dorm beds. En-suite toilet and shower were very convenient. Hostel is an easy walk from bus stops in the centre of Beaufort, including direct buses to Luxembourg City. Breakfast buffet was good and the meal of the day was reasonable value considering Luxembourg prices.

Very close to fantastic walks on Mullerthaltrail. The walk from Beaufort to Berdorf is very beautiful along the Hallerbach (a small river in the forest). Further to Echternach with many spectaculair rocks (20 km walk). Just take the bus back (for free)to the Meyer Appartements.

The restaurant is great. People in the restaurant are super nice. The hotel is right next to the trails so it is perfect for hiking. More then enough parking. A store is around the corner if you need some snacks for hiking.
