The main criterion for choosing this hotel was the cleanliness I had read in the reviews and my expectations were met. The room was very clean and there was no dust. Also there was no noise from other neighbors rooms, so this was also very important for me and my family. The breakfast was fresh and filling. Although it was stated that only cold snacks are served, there is an option to heat milk, which is important for my child. The room had an intense smell of cleaning products. After airing the room, the smell disappeared. But for people with allergies or sensitive to strong smells, it can be a little disturbing. Therefore, this is not a comment, but rather a wish to use products with a less intense smell. I definitely recommend this hotel and if I ever come to Luxembourg again I would like to stay there again. Thank you to the hotel staff for the service!

The service was very good and the staff spoke good english. Dogs are welcomed to the hotel, which is an extra plus, not many places in the area allow dogs and also compared to other places in the area the price was very good. The staff were considerate with our furry friend and gave us a bigger room so we all fit. We didn't expect that kind of service and were very surprised with the room that was more like a flat with it's own bedroom and living room, very spacy and with nice view. The breakfast was modest, but it was enough. The surrounding area is quiet, not many restaurants, but the Hotel has its own restaurant. Can't say anything about that, since we didn't eat there. There is a nice park in the area to have a stroll at, and very close to the Mondorf SPA.

If you like standard hotel and restaurant services, this is probably not the first choice; however, if you are gourmand who appreciate culture and fine dining and uniqueness, this is a definitely "must-visit" in the area. Guy's artistry was showcased through a multi-course menu that was a symphony of flavors and texture. Each dish was a master piece, locally sourced in season ingredients prepared with creativity and precision, yet simplicity. Although it is an apartment, the luxurious amenities provide an indulgent touch, and a thoughtfully curated deco ensured every corner was a visual delight. The attention to even the smallest details, such as a mini fridge for drinking bottle water, made us feel like cherished guest. This place is also spotless clean. Worthy to mention Guy is a super host not only friendly, but also full of fun. He is respectful and super passionate about art and cooking. We had great time with Guy during our stay.

A truly amazing hotel, staff and spa facilities everything including the weather was perfect. The health box at the poolside bar lovely. The peeling sauna great! The Dolce Vita restaurant great italian food and good value. The villa welcome great hotel.

This is an upscale spa where guests can go to get away from it all and get pampered in a variety of ways with excellent food and all the necessary comforts. We used it as our home base to see family and attend the Formula 1 at Spa Franchorchamps. It is totally suitable for spa activities, just staying at a wonderful hotel for other reasons, and to get away from it all.

I arrived late on the evening of October 12, 2022 and left the car in a parking lot far from the disabled parking lot, but on the morning of October 13, 2022 I was surprised to receive a fine of 145 euros for leaving the car in a disabled parking lot. After confirming the position It turns out that the special sign for the disabled has been erased due to use and is difficult to see at night. Therefore, please inform the hotel management of placing phosphorous and stinging signals I hope that you will contact the hotel management and ask them to pay this fine because the responsibility falls on them . Everything most particularly the friendly staff and the serene atmosphere. Staff went up and above just to help out when stuck. I wish i got there names. But all staff were fantastic. My kids who are from mixed ethnicity as I am Black and my wife is white felt very welcome. The room was spectacular I will call the Hotel The Dolce Ritz Vita. Yes comparing it to the Ritz London. As the wall plastering were grandeur. If only they had a sky scraper or some magnificient building. They would be a 5 star hotel

We used this hotel as a stop over on our way back from Austria to the UK, and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first saw the hotel but the adage, don't judge a book by its cover could not be more apt. The restaurant was first rate, coupled with very friendly and helpful staff and a comfortable room made this a perfect stopover

Room was a good size and food was good. Car park was great as we were on a road trip and needed space for our big car, and bar was lovely. Breakfast was great. Definitely visit again. Casino in the hotel looks like a local attraction.

Met by friendly staff at the desk, the hotel and the room were both spacious, modern and very well finished, the room and the bathroom being generous and spotless, it looked practically new. Parking was easy, directly outside.
