A beautiful and quiet homestead, there were no other houses around. The kitchen had all the essentials, there was coffee, tea. There were 7 of us, and a larger group can also stay, separate bedrooms, two bathrooms.

right next to the station platform. Modern, clean and quiet rooms (even though I could see the trains, I only heard them when opening the window). The staff was great and the offer everything you need, even including laundry service, the option to print papers (free if wanting to print plane or train tickets!). Access to spa, although I didn't use it this time

Great check-in experience for a very late check-in. Everything is clean and in good condition. Bed is very comfortable, lean is fresh, and plumbing in excellent condition. Breakfast is good enough, coffee is fine as well.

I was very surprised by the quality offered at Svente Manor. The staff was very welcoming, the breakfast served and the dinner enjoyed in the restaurant were excellent and the service was perfect. Thank you to the Svente Manor staff for a great experience.

A small, charming, well-kept town.

A small, charming, well-kept town. A pond with benches, a small shop, a church, and the estate itself with an outdoor pool and a military equipment museum. An excellent restaurant with friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Peace and quiet.

I really liked the preserved ancient interior, tasteful...

I really liked the preserved ancient interior, tasteful interior design. The food menu is also very well thought out and all the dishes are very tasty. My friend was very interested in the Military Equipment Museum. We also walked around the park. Great place to relax! Thanks to the staff for the kind service!

Above expectations! The hotel is a little worn on the edges but that's part of its charm. Everything was spotless clean and people super friendly. Although the swimming pool was super cold (not heated by the end of September, so nothing else to be expected) it was great fun and a great for coldness. The breakfast was great. And the small forest behind the hotel is beautiful. I would love to come again!

Almost everything was very fine. The staff were very nice and polite, although sometimes too polite which produced some longer queues to the reception counter. The building of the hotel is very nicely located and rather nicely designed. In my case it was also rather silent, but if a room is located in one of the buildings by the street it might be a little noisy. Overall, this was a good experience.

We, a family of three, my husband, sister Vija and I very much enjoyed our stay at Sventes muiza. The young staff were extremely well-trained and certainly tried to meet all our expectations and needs. The property itself is well maintained and has a rare aesthetic beauty which still, as we have returned to Canada, remains in mind's eye. Anita Gaide
