This was probably our best hotel room ever! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way - food, location, staff attitude, cleanliness and newness of the room, amenities, spa - everything was top notch and we really enjoyed staying at this hotel - I highly recommend it! Special thanks to the manager Oussama, who without a special request from us moved us to a more premium room - making us feel like millionaires!

We stayed for more than three weeks, and the front desk staff were very helpful. People like Rachid and Hamza, for example, are great examples of customer-first thinking. The family room was spacious and clean ( housekeeping did amazing job). Breakfast was decent but not impressive, so there's room for improvement. Additionally, the staff at the restaurant could smile a bit more. Since I'm paying for breakfast, I expect at least some friendliness. As I was working during the day, a reliable internet connection was very important, and it did not disappoint. The beach is an 8-minute walk, and the mall is just 3 minutes away. The only downside was the lack of a gym or garden. Despite this, I definitely recommend this place.
