We had an amazing stay at Ari Boutique Hotel. The service is excellent and so friendly. Sahid at reception organized all our excursions, even considering the weather to ensure the best experience. Chef Rashid made our mornings special with his warm greetings and delicious breakfasts. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless. The hotel’s central location made exploring the city a breeze. It's location was good for our plans. Nice, New, modern hotel. The interior is calming and relaxing, the staff is attentive and always has a smile for you. We tried both restaurants and the food was delicious as well as the cocktails. The rooftop has a pool with nice view to the city. Netflix and YouTube worked seamlessly.

Special thanks for Farima Zahra Mansouri as guest relations manager who was extremely friendly to solve any needs we had. Also Fatima Ezzahra from reservations, was super friendly. The rooms were very nice, we had the view over the Tennis courts, and the road itself is filled with very useful amenities such as a salon, laundry, money exchange and groceries. The staff were always extremely friendly (with the exception of 1 new cleaner). The breakfast buffet is great, and the Patron restaurant so cosy, trendy and very nice to hang out in. Even the night-shift security guard wearing the long black blazer was so remarkably friendly, I would happily come back again ..

It was our first time in Marrakesh and our stay at The Mellah Hotel couldn’t have been more perfect! The staff were exceptional - Hind, the House Manager was the perfect host - nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, the food is delicious and the rooftop pool is the perfect way to end a day after exploring Marrakesh. You really feel at home at The Mellah, and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. A highlight of our holiday!
