The Auberge Tourtite was clean and comfortable with great amenities, but what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the staff and owner. They were friendly, specially, Hamid in reception and Said in Restaurant, were helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. In particular, I appreciated the ride to the city center that the owner gave me, which was a kind gesture that made my trip much easier. I would highly recommend Auberge Tourtite to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Ismail and the whole staff were extremely helpful, we felt at ease as if it was our own home. This guest house was very warm, with a very cosy common area, with a self service kitchen. The view was so beautiful, and we think that the pictures do not capture the real beauty of this place. The room itself was very clean with towels & everything you'll need, and it was also warm due to AC and central heating. Jmiaa's food (breakfast & tagines) were very delicious, and the tea we had was very good. We're definitely coming back in the future.

Marwan and his wife are exceptional hosts, the apartment is ideally located, clean and well presented with everything required for a pleasant stay. Both of them were extremely attentive to our needs and always available when needed. On the morning of our departure I found a big nail in my tyre and asked Marwan for help. He escorted us to a local garage and while we waited he arranged with the staff to make the necessary repairs. This wasn't all. He paid for the repair himself and then invited us both for mint tea in a local cafe. We chatted and had a laugh and then to cap it all he escorted us out of town to the best route for our destination, gave me a big hug as we confirmed we had both made a friend for life. Khalil and Siham were simply amazing. They treated me like one of theirs and insisted on picking me up from the bus stop, and they invited me to join them for their delicious meals. I was even taken on a tour of the area, up to the mountains and to special places that were off the beaten path. They showed me the villages in the area and gave me very good information about where to go on my own. I had an absolutely wonderful time. I now have a family in Ifrane! Thank you Khalil and Thank you Siham, and Thank you to their super smart children.

Peculiar European style roof houses for sliding the melted ice, calm, quiet and very comfortable hotels available, especially I highly recommend MICHLIFEN RESORT. Hotel staff was very obedient, punctual. Hotel surrounding, forest tour by walk.. Deep inside, a visit to a small lake for a short picnic, smaller town comparatively and a short centre ville visit are special moments in 4 days visit. A retirement town. I breathed most clean air in the whole of my life. Very clean town.. I always used to rate some rural area of Sub Saharan Africa as the best for good air quality but now my new option is IFRANE of this beautiful country "MOROCCO".

Ifrane is a small town so choices for food outside of the few hotels are limited. We like to take drives in the countryside each day and then return to town. There are a few very nice parks to walk through. Especially Ain Vittel on the outskirts of town.

It is a wonderful and quiet place with the abundance of space and nature! Very relaxing, the snow over the weekend added to the charm of Ifrane. The mountains and the empty space are just majestic beauties. The weakness of the city was managing to cope with the large crowd that came over to enjoy the snow. The restaurant facilities were overwhelmed. It is easy to drive around Ifrane.

Ifrane is a perfect city to stay for 2-3 days.

Ifrane is a perfect city to stay for 2-3 days. I loved the city and the nature surrounding it. It’s definitely a city you wouldn’t expect to see in Morocco, but that’s what makes it so special. The best time to visit Ifrane would be in winter, especially when there is snow. We ate at Foodie and the burgers were the best I have ever tried. The restaurant/ cafeteria at L’empreinte d’Ifrane is awesome and, although we didn’t go, we would recommend going to Michlifen skii station and hotel. Be careful at Ain Vittel if you ride the horses they’ll try to scam you.

This Hotel is very magical in all aspects: Rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean. Commun area are just perfect with inside and outside pool, different place to stay and restaurants. My wife had her birthday and they send us a birthday cake in our room. Our diner was perfect and staff in restaurant are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is a big Plus, you have everything you want, lot of homemade and healthy options. Thank you Michlifen’s team for this experience, we definitely recommend 100%.

Hôtel staff was really extraordinary. Especially Ms Majda at the reception. The restaurant stewards were equally serviable.. I faced No problem at all for us asha non Muslim community when we asked for buffet or breakfast during Holy Ramadan. Taxi service immediately available once informed at the reception.

A very kind and friendly family who were generous enough to allow me quite an early check-in, as well as a late check-out when I was feeling unwell. The bedroom was very comfortable with all the facilities that I needed and the location makes it easy to explore Ifrane itself and the surrounding area.
