Adrien and his wife really created a small paradise here. Also, this section of the Atlas Mountains was the most beautiful stretch of Morocco I have seen on this trip (especially at sunrise / sunset time). Facilities are simple but absolutely fine. Strongly recommend to eat here, the home-homecooked meals from homegrown produce are as local and tasty as it gets!

The location is the best for visiting the Gorges du Dades. From the room and the terras you have a beautiful view on the gorges. The hotel is located in a quiet spot. The food is absolutely delicious. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back and stay longer, and hike up the mountains for a real Berber experience next time!

Our stay at Riad Blue Afriqua was amazing. The hospitality and kindness of Hasan and Mohamed beyond words. Due to havey rainfall we were stuck in this part of the valley for more than 5 days. The river got flooded and the bridges at both end of the valley were blocked. All this time Hasan and Mohamed did everything they could to help us and make our stay enjoyable. They treated us with free dinners and even got a present for my son’s birthday. Thank you Hasan and Mohammed, we will never forget your warm kindness and incredable hospitality. You made our stay wonderfull.

Excellent location in the calm area, nice view around. In fact we spent two days there. One day in the standard room and another one in the cave. Definitely cave was much better in all aspects and this was also an interesting experience. Strongly recommend it! Breakfast was served on the terrace. Nice selection of local and tasty food. We liked it very much.

The staff is very kind. What we appreciated most is that the hotel has all the architectural aspects of the region in its design and creates a setting that we do not find in 5-star hotels. We highly recommend for people who like a calm and an exotic environment to make a re-start.

If I could give 11 out of 10, I would. Best price-value rating ever. Don't expect a 5 star hotel of course, but you will get an authentic Berber experience, like if you live there. The place is run by the whole family, such amazing people, from the owner and his wife to all their kids always smiling and willing to help. The outstanding food, the real Berber way, will amaze you! The place is marvelous, climbing on the rock over the river oasi, with a great view on the valley. Very clean!
