The hotel was located right in the city's heart, making everything easy to a walkable distance. Due to a change in our plans, we needed to stay one night earlier than planned, and we contacted the hotel via WhatsApp. Manal, the staff member, looked after us, even though we needed to stay 2 days in advance to leave for the desert tour and then return 2 days later, she managed to get us a room, was very friendly and amazingly supportive of whatever we needed. 2 days later, we returned from the desert tour and she recognized us straight away by faces and names. She immediately helped us with the bags to show us the new room. While showing us the room, she asked if we had a taxi arranged to the airport the next morning and as we didn't, she arranged us a driver to take us from the hotel to the airport. Her talented customer service and excellence in business knowledge made my, and my wife's stay a memorable experience. It's valid to mention as well the two Mohameds in the reception who were so friendly and polite. Easygoing fellas, and good people to talk with. They both helped us with our luggage, and breakfast and shared a bit of the local knowledge as well which made a big difference for us as we had zero knowledge about the local culture, places and people. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone passing by Morocco. The location, the structure, the rooftop swimming pool and especially the staff are a plus to make anyone's holiday even better!

Everything, the attitude, reception, checking in, breakfast, the junior sweet, the location in genius in the middle of Everything and in the same time quite and comfortable inside.the staff are client focused. Excursion arranged by hotel was reasonablely priced a safe and comfortable means of transportation. The driver , Mr. Mohamed , was splendid . He was a very helpful one. We really asked for him by name to explore the country and go to two nearby places .He was a very pleasant , understanding, and cooperative driver. He drives slowly and safely , we enjoyed the way . I do advise everyone for this driver . In the end it was an exceptional stay

During our stay we loved everything and every detail: beautiful , spacious suites; relaxed atmosphere and plenty of space throughout the hotel. Lot of tastefully decorated cosy corners, 3 outdoor swimming pools and it never felt crowded eventhough hotel was fully booked. The staff are friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask for. Food is really good in all 3 restaurants and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our Family massage at Spa , as well as private cinema experience . Hotel is located outside of the city , but only 25 mins ride away from the Medina / Hivernage areas . We liked being able to retreat to the tranquil area of the hotel after experiencing vibrant energy of Souk. The place is even more beautiful than on the pictures and we will definitely come back. Five stars!

from the minute we stepped from the bustling street and into the oasis that was the hotel , we were struck by its stunning decor and architecture. We were greeted warmly and served peppermint tea whilst we waited to check in.There is a calm elegance and luxury everywhere one looks. Even the corridors we passed along on the way to our room were a feast for the eyes - carved wooden ceilings and panelling, luscious kilim carpets and intricate filigree light fittings everywhere. The room itself was spectacular- a super king bed with crisp white linens and as many pillows as we wanted. the bathroom was spacious and the shower always hot and very powerful. I loved the abundance of cosmetic products provided by the hotel, refreshed twice daily. There was a little sitting room area in our room by the tall windows that overlooked the central courtyard garden and swimming pool , perfect for planning our days’s excursions. There were so many lovely nooks, reading rooms, restaurants, a rooftop pool and bar, poolside snacks and drinks and a beautiful cocktail bar in the evening to relax whilst a skilled piano player tinkled the keys of the piano. The hotels food was delicious and amongst the best we had on out trip. We had breakfast there every morning and ate traditional Moroccan dinner there on one of our evenings and were entertained by a Bellydancer! I can’t thank the staff enough for their friendly, warmth and discreet approach to too tired travellers needing to relax and recover from a hard years work.

Marrakesh is beautiful and vibrant. My Riad was gorgeous.

Marrakesh is beautiful and vibrant. My Riad was gorgeous. But mostly the people are amazing—so warm and helpful. I enjoyed communicating with them in their own language and just a few Moroccan Arabic words brought such smiles to the faces of the locals who would try to ensure you had a great stay. For solo females—I felt very safe (more than I expected). Highlights: Agafay desert, Atlas Mountain hike, Hot air balloon, do a food tour or try a cooking class to learn how to make tajine or just enjoy the marketplace and explore the labyrinthine Medina. And meet and hang out w Morrocan people. Very rewarding! And of course, make sure you always accept tea if offered. I would skip the Majorelle gardens (too crowded) and go to the more serene and peaceful Secret Garden. If you want a good henna check out the Henna Cafe—the ladies are wonderful there and bring them some books if you have extra.

Marrakesh is a beautiful city with lots of history.

Marrakesh is a beautiful city with lots of history. It is clean and safe We ate at very nice places, some of them served wine. Alcohol is hard to find. The food was good. We did not eat at the food markets. Best way to see Marrakesh is with a tour guide. Our guide was Mehdi +212623033176. He speaks 5 languages and is extremely smart and sweet. we used him for the whole day. the YSL Museum and the Jardin Majorelle Gardens are beautiful, and you have to book your ticket online in advance. take advantage of the Hammam and a massage. Wander thru the Big Square and buy lots of spices.

We stayed in the medina and went on trips. Wife hated it.

We stayed in the medina and went on trips. Wife hated it. It's so manic, chaotic. She don't feel safe, even on the guided walking tour. She didn't like the constant hassle from shopkeepers if you show the slightest interest. It's disorganised - We had to wait for a trip on a dirty, noisy road with unclear instructions and they were 25 minutes late. I totally understand if people think 'what did you expect'? But, honestly, it's wearing and we won't go back.

I loved Marrakesh and enjoyed almost everything overall.

I loved Marrakesh and enjoyed almost everything overall. However, there were two things I didn’t like: 1- Shopping & Bargaining Sellers tend to start with prices that are 4–5 times higher than the actual price of an item. This means you need to spend time bargaining—you can’t simply pay and buy something. It often turns into a lengthy negotiation, and at times, even when I liked something, I didn’t buy it because I was too tired to go through the negotiation process, and I lose my patience with sellers. Also, you can’t just browse casually; sellers will approach you and try to make a sale immediately, so not the best experience. 2 - Taxi Experience Taxi drivers often try to overcharge. For example, if a ride should cost 20 MAD, they might start negotiations at 200 MAD. Because of this, I mostly chose to walk to avoid these discussions. I also heard that InDrive is not considered a legal taxi app in Morocco, but it probably should be—unless taxi drivers become more transparent and honest with pricing. Otherwise, apps like InDrive will continue to gain traction as an alternative and trusted partners.

A beautiful combination of new and old, huge gaps between wealthy and poor (as all African countriees). The older part in the mountains were quaint with restaurants next to the river as far as the eye could see. Here it was very affordable to eat and it was in the outdoors. The Souks (old markets) scared me at first but people were friendly, not too pushy and even warned me that the zip of my backpack was open. I shall go back for sure.

This hotel was amazing in every way! The staff really made it a very special holiday, in particular Hamza, Karima and Kamal - THANK YOU guys for looking after us with such kind attention and 5 star service! Nothing was too much trouble and everything was organised by them perfectly! The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean and has wonderful facilities to relax and enjoy your holiday, including a lovely pool and restaurant area. The breakfast was very tasty and more than enough so we didn't need to have lunch most days!

I would advise when getting a taxi walk towards the main gate on the outside (it’s cheaper) rather than getting picked up inside the hotel. The all inclusive options were great
