The hotel was located right in the city's heart, making everything easy to a walkable distance. Due to a change in our plans, we needed to stay one night earlier than planned, and we contacted the hotel via WhatsApp. Manal, the staff member, looked after us, even though we needed to stay 2 days in advance to leave for the desert tour and then return 2 days later, she managed to get us a room, was very friendly and amazingly supportive of whatever we needed. 2 days later, we returned from the desert tour and she recognized us straight away by faces and names. She immediately helped us with the bags to show us the new room. While showing us the room, she asked if we had a taxi arranged to the airport the next morning and as we didn't, she arranged us a driver to take us from the hotel to the airport. Her talented customer service and excellence in business knowledge made my, and my wife's stay a memorable experience. It's valid to mention as well the two Mohameds in the reception who were so friendly and polite. Easygoing fellas, and good people to talk with. They both helped us with our luggage, and breakfast and shared a bit of the local knowledge as well which made a big difference for us as we had zero knowledge about the local culture, places and people. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone passing by Morocco. The location, the structure, the rooftop swimming pool and especially the staff are a plus to make anyone's holiday even better!

Second time here. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the pool. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakesh down town.

The staff are amazing they couldn't do enough for us. A very special thanks to Brahim for his exceptional hospitality and Rabies for his wonderful service in the restaurant. The grounds are lush and tranquil, and the design of the rooms and villas is full of character and charm. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and the food—especially breakfast—was consistently fresh and well-prepared. We just stayed at the hotel, so can't say much for the location related to the rest of Marrakech, but the place was beautiful, the dinner was lovely, and the staff were amazing. 10/10 all the way.

The most amazing stay in Marrakesh. From before I checked in, I was contacted to see if I needed anything ahead of my stay. I was also able to arrange my delicious dinner which was a godsend after hiking Toubkal and having no desire to go exploring for food! I was greeted when I arrived with mint tea and biscuits. Room was so clean and great shower (well needed after Toubkal!). Lovely breakfast with generous coffee! Lovely roof terrace to relax in before my flight home!
