Great experience, all the staff were very friendly. Food is excellent there, whether it's breakfast snacks or dinner. Reasonable prices too. Spa was very relaxing and worth it, you should definitely try hamam or the massage, I want to thank Ghizlane the Spa lady she was great. I would sure go back again

Loved my stay at Guapa. I was the first person to stay as a guest as it is new and it was a very pleasant stay indeed. They have a lovely quiet terrace, wifi is good, the rooms are very clean and the hosts can't do enough for you. They cooked breakfast and made coffee for me on request and the price is very very good. Thier son Zac even gave me a Taghazout tour inc the skatepark and helped me with carrying my boards around town. Very kind. This would be a perfect stay for groups who want to stay in Taghazout on a budget, and want to experience an authentic Moroccan stay

Great hippie surfer vibes, such a friendly place. Beach is great and sea was wonderful. Town doesn't really have any places to exchange currency so have to use ATM which have extra charges per transaction. No supermarkets to buy alcohol so stock up in either Agadir or best of all in duty free.

Booking.com 's representation of where this apartment is is...

Booking.com 's representation of where this apartment is is totally inaccurate.They show it as being in the middle of Taghazout. It is not, it is miles from anywhere. £8 in a taxi to get into Taghazout, no real restaurants or shops near by. Contacted the apartment agents but the lady was so rude and unhelpful. We ended up having to move to Agadir and having to spend extra money on a hotel. Totally disappointed in booking .com. Looking for some kind of compensation as we are £300 out of pocket because we had to book a hotel as we could not spend 9 days in the middle of nowhere.Totally misled by booking.com's picture of the location of the apartment.

Lovely resort with great surf.

Lovely resort with great surf. Old fishing town which meant there was some noise in the morning. Nice restaurants and stalls and 3 different beaches walkable from centre. Not sure if we were unlucky but there was noise/music in early hours a couple of nights.

Beautiful location by the sea, but our hotel experience was a disaster. Suite smelled of sewage for days, complaints were ignored. Only after three days were we moved. Chaotic buffet, rude manager who even refused soup for our toddler. Absolutely not Hilton quality – I would not recommend this to anyone.”

It was an incredible stay, the breakfast is delicious and diverse. The staff are kind, friendly, welcoming. The view is outstanding. If you’re aiming for a clean, comfortable, cozy, calm atmosphere that’s the perfect spot. I loved it

Lovely chilled & safe place with surfy yoga vibe. Great food, good surf, lots to do, not a lot of alcohol & expensive which wasnt an issue but stock up in agadir before & no where to exchange money & ATMs v expensive. Highly recommend taghazout.

Taghazout Ocean view exceeded our expectations... The room we booked had a great view (we book ocean view), the breakfast was excelent, and the staff very nice. All in all very good value for money. The rooftop of the hostel is perfect for relaxing after a beach day. Also, important to say that we arrived a 2am in the morning and Ahmed waited for us until we made it to the hotel... Thank you!

- staff was generally friendly and nice - location by the beach and with a 5-minute walk to Taghazout very convenient (food, especially Moroccan food, in the village is generally better and cheaper than in the hotel/Bougainvillea restaurant) - upon complaint, the guest relations manager compensated us for the staff party (see below) with a 30-minute-massage

Great hotel. Rooms comfortable, great pool area, well equipped gym, nice beach bar - especially at sunset. Location - in Taghazout bay (which is beautiful) but quite a walk to anywhere meaning you can't just pop to a nearby shop. Restaurants OK. Breakfast fantastic! Staff at breakfast very helpful.
