Very friendly staff and super nice property. We loved the place and the beautiful pool. Our son enjoyed it a lot. The staffs were very attentive and they took care of us from the entry itself. We were greeted with tea and biscuits while Checkin. The restaurant and reception staffs were very nice and they took care of our son as well. Thanks Amlal Team for making our stay wonderful.

We spent a few nights at the wonderul Karam Palace hotel in Ouarzazate. The location is fantastic, near the Taourirt Kashbah. Life music druing the evening. We wanted to change our room for some more privacy, it was no problem at all, we could choose from 3 different rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are recently renovated, have a good bed and a great shower. All the staff members are very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel really welcome! We want to mention eveybody form cleaning ladies to management and also mr. Saleh of the wonderfull breakast and diner buffet for the excellent service! Hotel was truly magnificent. People were extremely helpful. Location was next to the filmstudio. The rooms were very very clean and the hotel looked brand new. Breakfast was very diversified and very delicious so was the food in the restaurant.
