The guy at the reception was very polite and pationate. We had some complications with reservation, but he solve everything. The room was huge an the bed's were very cosy. Breakfast was plentiful - we couldn't eat everything (in the picture is not everything). The parking lot was directly in front the hotel.

We spent a few nights at the wonderul Karam Palace hotel in Ouarzazate. The location is fantastic, near the Taourirt Kashbah. Life music druing the evening. We wanted to change our room for some more privacy, it was no problem at all, we could choose from 3 different rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are recently renovated, have a good bed and a great shower. All the staff members are very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel really welcome! We want to mention eveybody form cleaning ladies to management and also mr. Saleh of the wonderfull breakast and diner buffet for the excellent service!
