Basic rooms but clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Airport pickup. Staff were super super helpful. They helped with all our travel requests like arranging taxis, cars for sightseeing etc. They accommodated for our early breakfast times.

We spent a few nights at the wonderul Karam Palace hotel in Ouarzazate. The location is fantastic, near the Taourirt Kashbah. Life music druing the evening. We wanted to change our room for some more privacy, it was no problem at all, we could choose from 3 different rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are recently renovated, have a good bed and a great shower. All the staff members are very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel really welcome! We want to mention eveybody form cleaning ladies to management and also mr. Saleh of the wonderfull breakast and diner buffet for the excellent service! If we visit the south Morocco again, we definately want to stay there again! Marjolein en Jeroen, The Nethherlands
