A very welcoming host, it was totally a pleasure of communication (English, Italian, Serbian, partly Russian). The room and its balcony are very cozy, and all the equipment is just as one can expect. I really liked everything! Very good breakfast, varied dinner, everything was very tasty. Everyone can find something to their taste. Breakfast was varied. Dinner always had delicious soup, salad, meat - pork, beef, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits, sweets, various pastries. The chef himself was in the hall every evening and made sure that everyone had enough. Very pleasant chef. The apartments are clean and tidy. The rooms are cleaned every day. We arrived early, but the administrator was very kind and gave us the opportunity to get to the room faster! The rooms are cleaned and changed towels every day. There is a refrigerator. Only there is no hairdryer, but at +30 degrees it is even pleasant. There is air conditioning in each room. The rooms are quiet and it is pleasant to sit on the balcony in the evening.

Everything much better then we expected. Good location, tidy, modern and comfortable rooms, fresh and various breakfast, very helpful and friendly stuff, especially the owner of hotel. The pool was small but really enough for our children.

My experience at Hotel Kaligrosh was great! The staff were so friendly and kind! The location is great and the rooms are lovely with the balcony and an excellent view. Housekeeping was very good at making sure you always had everything you needed.

A wonderful hotel. we were a group of 5 motorcyclists, the host extended the operation of the Spa for us by an hour, seeing how exhausted we arrived after many hours of driving. We were given beautiful rooms overlooking the mountains and had a wonderful breakfast. We were delighted! I liked it so much that I sent my mother and mother-in-law from Poland for a week's stay. They checked in yesterday. Unfortunately, they were not as lucky as us, they got a room 406 which is not so nice. Dark and gloomy with a view of another building. The hotel is certainly worth recommending, great service at the reception, in the restaurant and in the spa.
