Hotel staff was really nice and friendly. There is a restaurant within the hotel which is also very convenient. I think restaurant is really popular because it was full every day. We tried the dinner and it was very delicious (you must try their domestic garlic sauce!). Also a la carte breakfast is served in this restaurant and it was very nice and delicious. Room was warm, nice and clean, and if you book the room with a lake view you will not regret because it is really something :-)

I forgot to ask their names, but both the lady and the gentleman who looked after us were incredibly kind and thoughtful. We felt so welcomed and cared for. I was honestly very happy with everything. As soon as we walked in, you were greeted by lovely staff who were super helpful and explained everything very well. It made you feel extremely welcome, the service was standout! A big shout out to the waiters in the restaurant, all so lovely and kind. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The food was delicious and there was a great selection of food for breakfast too! Highly recommend and will be visiting again soon.
