The hotel is beautiful, with absolutely stunning views over the lake. The owners were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded us to a room with a private balcony and an even more breathtaking view. The neighborhood is charming, though driving through the narrow cobblestone streets can be a bit tricky, but the manager’s partner kindly parked the car for us, which was a huge help. Everything was perfect: the location, cleanliness, and hospitality. A special mention to the manager, who has been extremely kind and is even helping me recover a ring I accidentally left behind. I stayed at the hotel and was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind and professional. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great – a wide selection to suit all tastes. The spa, pool, and rooms were all very well-maintained and pleasant. I especially want to highlight the iced coffee at the pool bar – absolutely perfect! Highly recommended, I’ll definitely be coming back!
